Article 2 - Prices

  • Prices for our products are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes on the order date), unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping and handling fees are not included in the displayed prices.
  • For orders outside Metropolitan France, you are considered the importer of the product(s). Additional customs duties, local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may apply. These are not the responsibility of BDG Europe Ltd and must be paid by you.
  • BDG Europe Ltd reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the product will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation, subject to availability.
  • Products remain the property of BDG Europe Ltd until full payment has been received.
  • Once you take physical possession of the products, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to you.

BDG Europe Ltd reserves the right to refuse payment or order confirmation for any reason, including supply issues or concerns regarding the order received.

Article 4 - Order Validation

Any order placed on https://solveandreveal.myshopify.com implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, without exception or reservation.

Upon confirmation, all details provided will be considered proof of the transaction.

A summary of your order and these Terms and Conditions will be sent to you in PDF format via the confirmation email.

Article 5 - Payment

By validating your order, you agree to pay the indicated price.

Payments are processed via credit card through the secure STRIPE system.

Your card will only be charged at the time of shipment. In the case of partial shipments, only the dispatched items will be charged.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification or penalty.

  • Returned products must be in their original condition and complete (including packaging, accessories, and instructions).
  • Return shipping is FREE.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Items unsealed by the consumer after delivery for hygiene reasons

Article 7 - Availability

  • Products are available while stocks last.
  • If an item is unavailable after an order has been placed, you will be notified by email, and the order will be automatically canceled with no charge.
  • BDG Europe Ltd does not sell large quantities of the same product. Orders of 150+ units of the same item may be refused.

Article 8 - Delivery

  • Products are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
  • If there is a shipping delay, we will notify you via email.
  • If delivery is late, you may cancel your order in accordance with Article L 138-2 of the French Consumer Code.

Article 9 - Warranty

All products are covered by:

  • The legal warranty of conformity
  • The warranty against hidden defects

Claims must be made via email within 30 days of delivery.

BDG Europe Ltd is not responsible for:

  • Non-compliance with local laws outside France
  • Damages due to misuse of purchased products
